Summary: | This article is the result of an instrumental and jurisprudential review of the evolution of the rights to truth, justice and reparation in the Inter-American Human Rights System; and how, from the theoretical construct that these instruments presuppose, has permeated the Colombian legal system in a tangible way, to the point of including such normative precepts (rights) as positive postulates in different internal laws. This attitude of the Colombian legislator demonstrates the strong influence of the documents and decisions produced by the regional system of protection of human rights in the political and legal decisions of the country and, lastly, an incontrovertible gesture regarding compliance with international standards that the same system has fixed in the matter. |
