The purpose of this study is a detailed consideration of innovations in the field of the occupational safety, which came into force on March 1, 2022.Theoretical Part. The Labor Code of the Russian Federation was used as the basic information for the study.Conclusions. The results of the analysis indicate the need to create effective tools for the regulatory procedure of occupational risk assessment. |
