Summary:The planetary gear system of lifting platform has special and complicated working conditions.Based on the principle of gear multi-body contact dynamics and transmission system,a dynamics virtual prototype model of the system is established to obtain the dynamic meshing force. By using the mathematical statistics known probability density distribution is complex,the dynamic meshing force can’t meet the normal probability distribution assumption,traditional reliability analysis methods not applicable. Therefore,using rejection sampling method is proposed in line with the original mesh of arbitrary distribution of random numbers,to truly reflect the reliability level. The combined dynamics simulation and Monte Carlo method are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
