Description
Summary:Brucellosis, is an infectious disease seen in animals and human, still endemic in several regions in our country. In this study, a brucellosis case, who has spondylodiscitis, epidural abscess and widespread paravertebral abscess is presented. In this case family history of brucellosis is present and the family is raising livestock. Brucellar spondylodiscitis and paravertebral abscess, due to their insidious progress and long treatment period, must be evaluated in the differential diagnosis of neck-back pain and in patients thought to have disc hernia.
