We aim here to study what was produced by the Arab experience and documented in this area of data worthy of an Arab humanitarian mission documentation, according to a contemporary historical perspective. And in particular that there are successful applications-and to some extent-in some Arab countries. Through three axes, with the adoption of two Arab Onmozgen prominent.
- Eat first axis entitled: the concept of E-government, provide a short-hand for some of the concepts provided on the E-government, with the most important and the most prominent pillars of E-government.
- Focused on two axis, entitled: E-government role in sustainable development, applications to keep track of the global e-government in sustainable development.
- Introduced last theme entitled: Arab E-government applications an overview of applications of the Arab and Arab interest of information technology, with a focus on the experience of the Egyptian government and the experience of the United Arab Emirates as the tow experiments pioneers in this area according to the vision of history. |
