METHODS: In this study, between 2012-2013 year in 12 different training and research hospital nurse managers Sean samples on a total of 288 units has been applied with the method. As a tool for data collection that contains the properties for the handle administrator nurses and professional information form and the scale of the California critical thinking Disposition (CCTDI). NCSS for statistical analysis (Number Cruncher Statistical System) 2007 Statistical Software (Utah, USA) program was used. RESULTS: CCTDI of respondents working scale total score range average between 277.81 with 170.45 of 216,26 +- 22,48. Participants in the working age groups include CCTDI scale total score (p: 0, 013); management positions include CCTDI scale of systematic child size (p: 0, 042); critical thinking training according to the scale of the truth search CCTDI (p: 0,034), open-mindedness (p: 0,008), analytical (p: 0.001, 002), systematic (p: 0,005) are the lower size difference statistically has been identified in the points received. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: Item average score was evaluated study group received scores of critical thinking disposition of nursing administrator at a low level. Increasing age of nurses tend to critical thinking, self-confidence, increased the analytical and inquisitive. The effect of training status of the nurses tend to have been observed when critical thinking. Critical thinking skills are trained participants the truth about search, open-mindedness, analytical and systematic advantages for those who placed in terms of points. According to this data, health care, of critical thinking the tendency to increase the regulation of educational programs. |
