| description | There is currently a digital transformation of industrial production, which is directly related to the electrical industry of the Chuvash Republic. It has an impact on the industry, changing technological processes, the approaches to doing business; is the introduction of innovative methods of solving problems related to transformation and transaction costs; is antikrizisnoe management in the form of restructuring and re-organizations; business differentiation and diversification of its own productions. The relevance of the research topic is due to the lack of scientific information about the development of the electrical industry in the region. The purpose of the article is to determine the range of economic agents whose activities are related to the development of the electrical industry of the Chuvash Republic, as well as the definition of their responsibilities. As a result of the analysis in article the circle of the economic agents promoting development of electrotechnical branch of the Chuvash Republic is presented, their role in development of branch of the region is defined. When writing the article, the statistical and economic method was used, which allowed to give a comprehensive assessment of the development of the electrical cluster of Chuvashia. The analysis found that in the development of the electrical industry of the Chuvash Republic involves the following economic agents: Ministry of economic development, industry and trade of the Chuvash Republic, Association «Innovative regional electrotechnical cluster of the Chuvash Republic», Regional center of engineering, Center of certification, standardization and testing, Academy of electrotechnical sciences of the Chuvash Republic, Technopark «Integral», Center of youth innovative creativity, Prototyping center, NPO «Fund for promotion of venture investments in the scientific and technical sphere of the Chuvash Republic», PJSC «Development corporation of the Chuvash Republic», PJSC «Federal network company of the Unified energy system». The theoretical value of the materials in this article is that they deepen the laws of the electrical industry development in the region. In practice, they can be used in the development of regional strategic programs, regulation of the market of electrical products and the adoption of meaningful measures to support the industry.
В настоящее время происходит цифровая трансформация промышленного производства, которая имеет непосредственное отношение к электротехнической отрасли Чувашской Республики. Она оказывает влияние на отрасль, меняя технологические процессы на производстве, подходы к ведению бизнеса; происходит внедрение инновационных методов решения проблем, связанных с трансформационными и трансакционными издержками; осуществляется антикризное управление в виде реструктуризации и перепрофилирования организаций; предприятиями проводится дифференциация и диверсификация собственных производств. Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена недостатком научной информации о развитии электротехнической отрасли региона. Целью статьи является определение круга экономических агентов, деятельность которых связана с развитием электротехнической отрасли Чувашской Республики, а также определение их обязанностей. В результате анализа в статье представлен круг экономических агентов, способствующих развитию электротехнической отрасли Чувашской Республики, определена их роль в развитии отрасли региона. При написании статьи использовался статистико-экономический метод, который позволил дать всестороннюю оценку развития электротехнического кластера Чувашии. В результате анализа установлено, что в развитии электротехнической отрасли Чувашской Республики участвуют следующие экономические агенты: Министерство экономического развития, промышленности и торговли Чувашской Республики, Ассоциация «Инновационный территориальный электротехнический кластер Чувашской Республики», Региональный центр инжиниринга, Центр сертификации, стандартизации и испытаний, Академия электротехнических наук Чувашской Республики, Технопарк «Интеграл», Центр молодежного инновационного творчества, Центр прототипирования, НКО «Фонд содействия развитию венчурных инвестиций в научно-технической сфере Чувашской Республики», ПАО «Корпорация развития Чувашской Республики», ПАО «Федеральная сетевая компания Единой энергетической системы». Теоретическая ценность материалов статьи в том, что они углубляют познание закономерностей развития электротехнической отрасли региона.
