Summary:Selective immunoglobulin M deficiency (SIgMD) is a rare primary immunodeficiency characterized by decreased serum levels of immunoglobulin M. The pathogenesis of SIgMD is unclear, as well as its association with various immunopathological disorders. We describe a case of sarcoidosis associated with SIgMD. To our knowledge, such association has not been reported previously.
