Summary:The homicide is described as one of the most serious violations of human beings. This crime is aimed to deprive him/her of the most valuable he/she owns, namely his life.<br />The crime of homicide is one of the most prominent crimes against humanity. All religions and laws, without exception, including Iraqi Penal Code No. 111 of 1969, have been banned in view of the threat to society and the interests that criminal legislation protects. From in-depth studies in criminal law, both in terms of academic theoretical studies and in applied studies related to the explanation and application of existing penal legislation.
