This paper aims to provide practical insights on the perceived utility, perceived ease of use and attitude to adopt neuromanagement practices, in the sense of a clearer understanding of the concept of neuromanagement and the technology used in empirical studies. Findings provide implications for the community of practitioners, respectively organizations in Romania, in the sense of facilitating a higher level of understanding of the value brought by the implementation of neuromanagement practices.
