Sinking Brain: Unusual Cause of Orthostatic Headache
We report a case presenting with an orthostatic headache. Brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed typical pachymeningeal enhancement. CT myelography revealed leakage at the thoracic level. Patient was successfully treated by lumbar epidural blood patch (EBP).
