| Summary: | The subject of this study is Slutsk belts made by Slutsk manufacture method of hand weaving in the first half of the XIX century. The work is dedicated to creating of technology of Slutsk belts production on modern weaving equipment with the use of information technology.
The developed technology allows to reproduce a slutsk belts on modern weaving machinery. Technological parameters of refilling and production of the slutsk belts on the loom of company «Mageba» are developed. The loom designed taking into account features of the ways of weaving, used in Slutsk belts. The files are created to programmatically control the operation of the machine: the work of plates in jacquard machines, shuttle boxes, commodity regulator, stops of the machine to change the colors of threads in the shuttle boxes. |
