Efficient circuit design for content-addressable memory in quantum-dot cellular automata technology
Article Highlights An efficient Content-Addressable Memory (CAM) circuit is designed using a novel QCA memory unit. The proposed QCA memory unit and CAM circuit have reduced cell count, area, latency, and cost. The QCADesigner tool version 2.0.3 is utilized to evaluate the developed circuits.
