In terms of content the management task of providing qualified human resources to Russian aircraft industrial enterprises is to identify and justify the need to improve the human resource capacity of an entity so as to ensure maximum achievement of the set management objectives in the presence of external influences that do not result in an unacceptable state of the management object and do not exceed the allowable area of management. |
