The isolate was multiresistant to gentamicin, amikacin, trimetoprim sulfamethoxazole, ciprofloxacin, ceftriaxone, ceftazidime, cefepime, imipenem, meropenem and doripenem and it was susceptible to tigecycline and colistin, the molecular analysis showed the presence of the blaKPC gene. |
