description To investigate the association of corporate social responsibility with the characteristics of joint stock companies in the Russian telecommunications sector, which are reflected in the available statistics from external sources, and corporate reporting. The authors evaluated the closeness of the connection of corporate social responsibility with the quality level of social and labor relations, with the success of operations and HR-brand the organization as a responsible employer. Check the three formulated hypotheses have not been confirmed by the results of the correlation analysis. It was concluded that the test is not sufficiently developed strategic tools.
