The first is dedicated to present the personal and institutional thanks; the second to present biographical bibliographical data of the patron and the former occupant of the Chair 14 of the Brazilian Academy of Legal Literatur, Odilon de Andrade and Brenno de Andrade respectively; thereafter, some reflexions about the problems and perspectives for the Procedural Law were launched; and, last, the authors’ hopes related with the Brazilian Academy of Legal Literatures. |
