Summary:The publication concerns the evaluation of certain crimes against property, contained in Chapter XXXV of the Criminal Code, in the context of their relationship with the protection of economic activity in the broad sense. The author highlights the need to seal the effectiveness of this protection regulations, whose primary task is to protect the property, regardless of the scope of that protection. The paper discusses selected provisions that most fully realize the protection of property interests of economic enterprises and indicates the reasons for the recognition of these provisions as having a significant relationship with business transactions.
