Based on this assumption, educational institutions and governments promote initiatives to the development of personal entrepreneurial characteristics. This article proposes a model to measure entrepreneurial characteristics and their association with organizational performance. A measurement instrument was developed and validated; and a structural model was proposed for this purpose. The results suggest that the entrepreneurship profile is a multidimensional construct composed of six characteristics and only one of them is associated with organizational performance. |
