Summary:Abstract: This study aims to: 1) Know the comparison between the influence of web-based learning models with direct learning models on student achievement., 2) Know the comparison between the effects of visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles on student achievement, 3) Knowing the interaction between learning methods and learning styles on student achievement. This research is a quasi experimental design. The instrument prerequisite tests conducted were validity, reliability, level of degree of difficulty, distinguishing ability. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, normality and homogeneity, and Two Way Anova. The first results is, sig. 0,000 or sig. (p) <a with a = 0.05 H0 is rejected, this means that there is a significant difference between the average value of learning achievement with web-based and direct learning methods. Secondly, sig. 0.852 or sig. (p)> a with a = 0.05, H0 is accepted, this means the average value of Archival learning achievement in groups of students who have visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles are not significantly different. Thirdly, sig. 0.965 or sig. (p)> a with a = 0.05 H0 is accepted, there is no interaction between learning methods and learning styles on student achievement in Archive subjects.   Keywords: learning method, learning style, learning achievement   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Mengetahui perbandingan antara pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis web dengan model pembelajaran langsung terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 2) Mengetahui perbandingan antara pengaruh gaya belajar visual, auditorial dan kinestetik terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 3) Mengetahui interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Uji prasyarat instrumen yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, normalitas dan homogenitas, dan Anava dua jalan. Hasil uji hipotesis pertama, sig. 0,000 atau sig. (p) < a dengan a = 0,05 (H0 ditolak) maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar dengan metode pembelajaran berbasis web dan langsung. Hasil uji hipotesis kedua, sig. 0,852 atau sig. (p) > a dengan a = 0,05 (H0 diterima) maka nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar Kearsipan pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar visual, auditorial dan kinestetik tidak berbeda secara signifikan. Hasil uji hipotesis ketiga, sig. 0,965 atau sig. (p) > a dengan a = 0,05 (H0 diterima) maka tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran Kearsipan.   Kata kunci: metode pembelajaran, gaya belajar, prestasi belajar.
