description The effect of pttg gene knockout fowards on aggregation ability of erythrocytes induced by specific lectins SNA and MAA II and organic dye alcian blue was studied. It was shown that changes in functional state of erythrocytes at the knockout of this gene are accompanied by changes in bond type and quantity of sialic acids in glycoconjugates of plasma membrane.
