Summary: | <p class="ArticleAnnotation">The nature of the equilibria in the Ag<sub>2</sub>S-In<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub>-Si(Ge)S<sub>2</sub> systems was established and the polythermal cross sections were studied to allow us to select the optimal growth conditions for single crystals of the tetrara Ag<sub>2</sub>In<sub>2</sub>SiS<sub>6</sub> and Ag<sub>2</sub>In<sub>2</sub>GeS<sub>6</sub> single crystals. A study was made of the spectral distribution of the absorption coefficient and its photoinduced changes. The possibility of using the studied compounds as materials with controlled properties is shown.</p> <p class="ArticleAnnotation"><strong>Key words:</strong> polythermal cross sections, quasipotrium system, disordered systems, photoinduced absorption.</p> |
