| Summary: | The article deals with the basic organizational and legal forms of enterprises’ associations in the real sector of the economy, the creation of which provides its participants with strategic advantages over competitors and allows to coordinate the activities of all links of the technological chain and attract large financial resources. The historical aspect of the formation and development of business associations was investigated, which made it possible to distinguish six stages in the development of business associations. It is proved that the world economy is built on the interaction of multinational corporations. The prerequisites for the emergence, development and formation of multinational corporations and their impact on the world economy are highlighted. The author explaines the main key aspects concerning multinational corporations: management features, the activities of multinational corporations, the impact on economic activity of the country, and quantitative indicators. The main factors that influence business entities to consolidate a business are summarized. The dynamics of the number of different forms of business association of enterprises registered in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine is analyzed, which made it possible to establish that the increase in the number of business associations is observed in such an organizational f and legal orm as an association. |
