我國教育部設立「師資規劃及培育司」之職掌分析 The Analysis of Responsibility of “The Proposed Department of Teacher Plan and Education” set up by Ministry of Education in Republic of China
師資良窳為教育品質的命脈,爰國家教育行政重視師資培育制度改革已為國際趨勢;然我國師資培育中央主管業務事權分散,且制度改革至今,多元培育未見多元特色,卻呈現諸多問題,優質專業而永續的師資培育發展制度受到嚴峻挑戰,亟需全面通貫的規劃與重建。因此,教育部部長吳清基為健全師資培育制度,決定設立「師資規劃及培育司」專責掌理師資規劃與培育之行政業務,訂於2012 年1 月1日正式實施。是以,本文探究師資規劃及培育司之職掌,採文件分析法及文獻分析法,藉由多重文件比較分析及三角交叉檢證,分析結果認為師資規劃及培育司宜設5 個科職掌7 大主題、25 項議題、79 項明細,這些職掌具有8 項特色,提供教育部研擬「...
