description | The aim of the study was to study a management model for the PAUD teacher group develop-ment model 'Multi Workshop'. This study does not examine a new formulation of the teacher development model. However, this study combines the concepts of teacher coaching models, examines shortcomings and strengths and prioritizes the principle of act and prove. The research methodology uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Data taken through questionnaires (quantitative) which is rein-forced by observation or interview to respondents (qualitative). The population is teachers guided by re-searchers: 1) Mutiara TK, Talisayan. 2) TK Tunas Teladan Bukit Permata, Kaubun. 3) Prima Sawit Exemplary Kindergarten Benua Baru, Muara Bengkal. Data Collection Techniques use documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The validity of the instrument uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques to answer problems quantitatively, researchers used descriptive statistical data analysis. Descriptive qualitative data analysis, using the Miles and Hubermas models, are better known as interactive analysis models. The results of the study proved to have helped teachers in producing learning material products. The products produced are planned and programmed and of higher quality. Teaching materials according to the talents and interests of students. Teachers are more interactive and creative. Thus, the teacher training model group 'Multi Workshop' can improve the quality and competence of teachers, this will have a positive impact on students' competencies. |
