It was emphasized that establishing a Crisis Intervention Team (CRT) and training them, preparing Crisis Intervention Plan and being ready to implementing the plan are among the preperations of school administrators’ to crisis. There are common aspects of the preperations for crisis that can be shared by different organizations as well as unique aspects for organizations.
