description This research aimed to value-added from banana fiber and product management strategies using a participatory action research approach of the Baan Hia community enterprises group members, Pua District, Nan Province. The method of data collection used in-depth interviews for the member, target audience conversation, observations, implementation, and distribution of prototype products. The research results revealed that the community enterprise group could create value-added from banana fibers. Natural dye by developing beautiful and different products from other products can upgrade to a premium product by maintaining the uniqueness of Tai Lue. Implementing strategies for managing and marketing handicraft products from natural-dyed banana fibers of the weaving enterprises group can generate additional income for group members. Banana fibers can be naturally dyed well in the hot dyeing process. Adjust the weaving by using naturally dyed cotton yarns as the warp and banana fiber as the weft yarns instead. It can increase the product’s durability by combining other materials such as leather. It has a modern product design and works to carry out brand awareness. Communication Emphasis placed on providing media product information that reaches the broader market on social media.
