| description | The article "Staffing of judicial bodies during the Great Patriotic War" is devoted to the analysis of problematic issues in the field of professional training of legal personnel in wartime. Since the first days of the war, there has been a problem with personnel in Soviet courts. Mobilization begins in the country, judicial officials go to the front, die as a result of military operations. They are replaced by new specialists who have no work experience, and often do not even have a legal education. Of course, new employees have difficulties in their work, besides, legislation is changing, some types of crimes are becoming more frequent. Most courts are not staffed, the workload increases several times for each employee.During this difficult period in the history of the Soviet judicial system, it was necessary for the state to participate in solving these problems. The supreme legislative bodies of the USSR are beginning to issue many orders and orders concerning certain issues in the field of training professional personnel for the judicial system of the country. There is an active correspondence between senior officials, in which many issues related to the personnel status of the courts of the USSR are also raised and resolved. The State is trying to support educational institutions that train legal personnel. The restoration of educational buildings after evacuation is carried out, funds are allocated for the repair of classrooms. Most students still have a lot of difficulties in obtaining a legal education, during the war there was a shortage of money, food, there were problems with transport, fuel. The state tried to encourage students to get an education in the final years of the war in almost all universities.When writing the article, along with historical methods of cognition, the formal legal method of research was used (in the study of normative legal acts of that period), and sociological techniques for analyzing information about social factors were also used. |
