THE STUDY THE ELASTO-PLASTIC BAR STABILITY IN CASE OF ECCENTRICITY APPLICATION OF THE FAST INCREASING LOAD
In the paper, the method of finding the critical load in case when the metallic rectangular bar is loaded intensively increasing in time force is overviewed. In the formation of equations of movement taken in account, the relation of the flexural yield stress ?y from strain rate is presented.
