Poultry breeding represents one of the strongest agricultural sectors in Romania. The evolution of the European Efficiency Factor (EEF), establish function of the viability of the birds, specific fodder consumption, wight and delivery age, record an ascending trend.
The evolution of the rentability in absolute and relative values is not proportional with IEE, which prove that the rentability of poultry breeding companies is affected not only by technological factors but also by incontrollable factors. In this category of factors we can mention the demand and supply evolution with consequence upon the price of the poultry breeding products and upon the level of the subsidy. |
