Description
Summary:Study the effects of ramipril and candesartan on the functional state of the right ventricle and the pulmonary circulation hemodynamics in patients with myocardial infarction anterior wall of the left ventricle. The study included 45 patients admitted within 24 hours of onset. Patients were divided into two groups: a control group included in the standard therapy ramipril, while in the test group in place of ramipril login candesartan. The therapy in both clinical groups showed a significant increase in left ventricular ejection fraction, which was accompanied by positive dynamics in terms of the functional state of the right ventricle. Thus, candesartan is not as effective as ramipril in preventing early postinfarction remodeling of the right ventricle.
