Summary:Combining with the DFSS innovation design method and Loaded gear contact simulation analysis,the contact pattern of one pair of gear under high torque is optimized.Meanwhile,the key factor and their influence extent are also obtained and the parameters are optimized by the DOE method.Finally,the experiment result shows that the optimized-parameter are correct and reliable.
