Summary: | The dynamic world we live in thrives on a multi and intercultural plasti-city. In this paper the problem of empirical research is outlined, whose objectives are inserted in the integration of ethnic groups, the universality of values and international policies centered on a comprehensive pattern of multiculturalism, which presents a distinction between diversity and the transits implicit in the concept of ‘intercultural’ order. The main objective is to work with scenarios for the reorganization of Global Governance Structures and Perspectives for Mul-tilateralism in the Next Decades. Aiming to interpret the meaning of changes in the policies of governments and non-governmental actors, such as transnational corporations and international organizations, and their convergence towards invigorating and modernizing alliances.
