description In this study, a literature review on Development of a Data-Oriented Fault Diagnosis System is presented and details of an application on a use-case is proposed with analysis and results. With an aim on utilizing the application with CNC machines and rolling bearings,an intelligent fleet-based monitoring system application is implemented.The implemented method ensures afleet-based monitoring system is capable of monitoring machines with same type of data and features in a manufacturing environment. The methodology is tested on four rolling bearing offline datasets. The corresponding anomaly scores of each component is calculated and presented.
