| Summary: | This paper summarized the nursing management for a COVID-19 patient with spontaneous pneumothorax caused by pulmonary bulla. Routing nursing care such as medication, isolation, nutrition support, life management were conducted. In addition to conventional nursing, targeted interventions included airway management, drainage nursing, exhaust and sputum excretion management were performed to reduce the risk of complications and improve the recovery of the patient.
