South Africa already has legislation, policies, regulations and institutions seeking to achieve adequate safety and security, environmental protection, infrastructural development, skills development and so on, however, the lack of, or non-enforcement and lack of or
non-compliance to policies, legislation, regulation, and institutions negates tourism development and socio-economic development for the people of South Africa. |
