description This article reveals the first two drawings of the New Tower of Zaragoza, Mudejar building more important of the city, that was demolished in 1892 and that only we can know their images. The first is the view of Wyngaerde 1563, and the second is the engraving of John-Frederick Lewis, 1834. During that period of time, the New Tower suffered severe structural damage that resulted in different alterations in the body from its base and its spire. Only the comparison of the drawings and research papers can afford to know the original state of the building.
