Summary:Aiming at the problem that the loading signal is simple and is difficult to reflect the real load in actual driving, a fatigue life analysis method of electric vehicle reducer gear based on the actual driving load spectrum is proposed. An actual driving load spectrum collection scheme of the reducer test site is formulated, and a test system is established to collect the actual driving load spectrum of the electric vehicle reducer; on this basis, a dynamic model of the rigid flexible coupling system of the electric vehicle reducer is established, and the kinematics and dynamics are verified; with the collected actual driving load spectrum as input, the dynamic simulation analysis of the reducer system is carried out, and the gear meshing force is extracted. Combined with the finite element analysis model, the damage and life of the reducer gear are analyzed. The results show that the fatigue life analysis of electric vehicle reducer gears based on the actual load spectrum is more in line with the actual situation.
