| Summary: | The sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (SPID) is a common gynecological disease, which causes chronic pelvic pain and other symptoms that seriously affect women's reproductive health. This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease treated with enema of Chinese herbal medicine. The prescription of Chinese herbal medicine , method and precautions of enema treatment were introduced. Routine nursing measures such as health education, psychological care and dietary intervention were carried out. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, individualized treatment and comprehensive nursing management were carried out to relieve negative emotions and improve treatment compliance of the patient. (盆腔炎性后遗症(SPID)是妇科常见疾病, 其引起的慢性盆腔痛等症状严重影响女性生殖健康。本文总结1例中药灌肠治疗SPID的护理经验, 包括中药灌肠的药方组成、灌肠方法、灌肠注意事项以及健康宣教、心理护理、饮食干预等常规护理措施, 通过辨证论治, 针对性开展个体化的治疗和综合护理, 以改善患者负性情绪, 提高治疗依从性, 促进其早日康复。)
