Determination of riboflavin in vitamin tablets by ion chromatography with post-column photochemical derivatization and fluorescence detection(离子色谱-柱后光化学衍生荧光检测法测定保健品中的核黄素)

采用离子色谱(IC)和光化学衍生荧光检测(PCF)联用技术,建立了保健品中核黄素的分析方法.色谱柱选用Dionex Ion Pac AG11-HC保护柱(4 mm×50 mm)和Ion Pac AS11-HC分析柱(4 mm × 250 mm),淋洗液为40 mmol• L-1 NaOH.待测物通过自制光化学反应器(254 nm)在线衍生,核黄素转化为强荧光物质,从而以荧光检测器检测.在优化的实验条件下,对50 mg • L-1的核黄素溶液平行测定6次的保留时间和峰面积相对标准偏差分别为0.6%和2.1%(n = 6).核黄素的浓度在10~100 mg• L-1范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系...
