Patterns of expression of lipid-transfer protein gene in organs of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.)

The patterns of lipid-transfer protein PsLTP1 (Pinus sylvestris lipid transfer protein 1) gene expression in the vegetative and generative organs of Scots pine have been studied by the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). It was found that PsLTP1 gene expression is tissue-specif...

description The patterns of lipid-transfer protein PsLTP1 (Pinus sylvestris lipid transfer protein 1) gene expression in the vegetative and generative organs of Scots pine have been studied by the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). It was found that PsLTP1 gene expression is tissue-specific and it changes during ontogenetic development. Effect of phytohormones on PsLTP1 expression level in Scots pine seedlings has been investigated.
