| description | <p>The concept of diffusion of the innovation process is explained, the theoretical aspects and some scientific works of Schumpeter I., Zavlin P.N., Kazantsev L.K., Mindeli L.E., T. Hegerstrand, E.Rodzhersa are reviewed. The possibilities of the Russian market, the diffusion of innovation processes in the high-tech medical industry of Russia are cosidered. Based on this analysis the author summarizes and assesses the potential and importance of the diffusion of innovative processes for the production of high-tech medical products in the Russian market .</p><p>At the end of the article it is concluded that the spread of innovations in the medical industry is a necessary component of economic growth not only of this industry, but the economy as a whole.
