| Summary: | Tourism and Kinanthropology often intertwine in the area of Leisure studies. This article describes the relationship of both disciplines and emphasizes their fundamental concepts. Sports tourism can be interpreted as a part of socio-cultural kinanthropology but there is even greater potential for the blending of both disciplines. A significant part of the article focuses on research in sport tourism. The author confronts her own approach with foreign literature. |
