In addition, this study investigates whether visual arts contributes to the overall education curriculum. The subjects included in the sampling are eight teachers who work in different disciplines at the first-middle level in the Esenler region. The instructors from these different fields (class, english, mathematics) received a training program which was prepared in advance in the four-day visual arts workshop. Thus, the contributions that can be made by using visual arts to the curriculum used in different disciplines have been investigated. In this study, the learning technique was applied to the participants according to the applied working method. The study answers the question of how visual art education has an impact on the professional and cultural development of the subjects in the context of the obtained data. In addition, an answer to the question of what the contribution of visual arts is in the teacher development activities is sought. The study also explores whether the personal competences of the instructors are linked to innate creativity or skills acquired through work. What is the ratio of these two elements in the context of creativity? The search for answers to such questions was the sub objectives of the study. The answer to these questions is discussed in the conclusion section.
