In fact, in a short period oftime, China decided to change its economic policy,so it turned from traditional agriculture andproduction to innovation activities. In this paper weexplore some basic features of the patent as a majorace in the race in innovation. We analyze the mainfactors that caused the great progress of China inthe field of patent activity. Accordingly, we willdiscuss the patent issue as an important indicator ofeconomic growth, in the following areas: 1. Theconcept and characteristics of the patent; 2. China'seconomy: the state, innovations and patents. |
