| Summary: | The paper presents the results of researching activities of higher educational institutions regarding the urgent problem of transition to innovative development. One of the important conditions for the development of innovative high schools is to integrate control and additional professional education of academic staff. The purpose of this study is the development and theoretical basis of integration system of control and additional professional education focused on innovative development of the educational organization. The methods of analysis, modeling, experimenting, etc. were used. As the result, the authors suggest an approach of transition to innovative development of the university based on the integration of control and additional professional education of academic staff. The proposed approach can be applied both at universities and other educational organizations. |
