| description | <p>The time of study at the University is a difficult period, which is characterized by increased stress on all organs and systems of the body of students. The stress that modern youth experiences against the backdrop of the intensification of intellectual and emotional loads in the process of study often leads to a deterioration in their health and health, as evidenced by the increase in the number of people assigned to a special medical group. Educed and tested in practice facilities and methods of fight against stress by means of engaging in physical education for students, having rejections in a state of health. Undertaken a study shows unsteady emotionally is the tense state of students, having rejections in a health, during a semester and the high stress state during an examination session. During an educational process by means of various physical exercises, games, autogenic training, methods of self-regulation and musical accompaniment the teacher of physical education helps to take off the stress state and increase ability to work of student.</p> |
