Observation
Our case is a 17-year-old female patient from a non-consanguineous marriage with a history of congenital alacrymia and adrenal insufficiency who had amyotrophy of the tongue and distal extremities of the upper limbs. Achalasia was diagnosed three months after the onset of neurological signs. The electroneuromyogram showed damage of the anterior horn of the cord.
