The purpose of research - development of methodical thesis’s and practical recommendations for the implementation and use of benchmarking technology in business management system. The object of the research is the business management system. The subject of the research is the benchmarking in business management system. This article applies to major types and stages of benchmarking, justified use of benchmarking concept in business management system; methodical and practical recommendations on the introduction of benchmarking in the IT sector of the Republic of Belarus. The practical significance of the work: justified the creation of a national benchmarking platform that will enhance innovation activity of IT companies and will contribute to the formation of closer links between IT companies, industrial businesses and governments. |
