Summary:Eating habits are formed during childhood and sometimes persists for life. The aim is to know the eating habits of adolescents and adults who came from artistic fields. Assumptions dietary habits of adolescents should be distinguished from those of adults, while there requisitions nutritional have to be differentiated by age. Material and Methods: The study was conducted on a group of 58 young people of which 29 are in the senior class of „Octav Bancila” Highschool of art and 29 college juniors at the University of Arts. These young people completed a questionnaire with the weekly frequency of food intake. Processing of test results was done using Pearson Chi - Square. Results and discussion: dominant milk intake is only 2-3 times a week (43.10%) which is totally insufficient. Calculated by age differences are not statistically significant (χ² = 4.652, Gl = 3, p> 0.05) and moving towards similar eating habits. Eggs are mostly eaten 2-3 times a week (39.65%) is calculated statistically significant differences (χ² = 4.140, Gl = 3, p> 0.05). Basically, insufficient intake of eggs in adolescents and adults. Potatoes occur in menus 2-3 or 4-7 particular times (41.37%), statistically significant differences were calculated (χ² = 0.832, Gl = 3, p> 0.05). Sugar products appear in menus especially 4-7 times (68.96%), calculated differences being statistically significant at p <0.01 (χ² = 11.998, GI = 2). Conclusions: eating habits are formed early in life and changed a little thereafter.
